Hydrohammer

This hydrohammer pieces was adapted for use on a conventional excavator arm for use on a barge or shore side pier. The hydrohammer is used in dredging operations as a substitute for explosives in breaking up rock underwater.

Drum Roller Repair

The drum roller pictured here had a flat spot in the original skin. Chasse Industrial rolled a new plate on the drum and machined it true to specifications.

Custom Fabrication: Piling Stand

This large piece was fabricated by Chasse Industrial for use in piling installation. Our pieces was used to stand piles up vertically before pile driving. In this photos you can see one of our two utility bodies with mounted crane.

Rock Crusher Repair

The photos show our process of dismantling a rock crusher to access damage and make repairs.

We line bored two 24" diameter holes, set up the crusher shaft, and repaired damage on the shaft. After spray welding and machining the shaft back to specifications, we installed new bearings on the shaft and fitting it into the freshly bored holes. To finish this project we inspected for precise manufacturer recommended specifications on all crusher components.

Ocean-Going Tug Repair

This was an emergency repair Chasse Industrial performed on an ocean going tug. The vessel had a $25,000 piece of towing line get chafed and put out of service. Chasse Industrial successfully installed a guide tube to protect the new expensive towing wire.
